Applications - Machine and Tool

Clenzoil may be utilized for heavy equipment/industrial maintenance and in cases where it may be used as a lubricant to hydraulic rams and shafts where the application of heavier greases may cause scoring problems resulting from sand, shale, rock and/or other geological contaminants being carried by the grease. Clenzoil can provide the lubrication necessary to reduce load induced friction which can negatively impact the longevity and durability of equipment and pivot and articulation points. When applied to engine cover/cowling hinges, hatch hinge points, door hinges, etc., PTO’s, chain-driven ditch diggers, gear shift/lever control points, hook latches, winch drives, etc., Clenzoil cannot only provide outstanding lubrication but will also protect those surfaces from oxidation and rust. Fencing tools, bridging tools, heavy equipment lubrication, tool and die cleaning, etc., thread penetration treatment for all fastener applications; Clenzoil may also be used as a cutting oil for CNC and tool and die applications and excels in cutting oil applications where immediate rust protection is required upon cutting – well head and drilling rigs in hostile environments like mud, oil, dirt, grime, etc.

 

Applications for light equipment and tool application are another area where Clenzoil provides enhanced product performance. Most tools (wrenches, hammers, clamps, oilfield fishing tools, casing scrapers, tubing and drill pipe tongs, safety clamps, etc.) are all used in extremely harsh environments and much of the water, crude oil, and ground contaminants that they are or may come into contact with are very caustic and can damage the finish of those expensive tools. We have found that many companies find that by hanging critical hand tools in a bucket or drum of Clenzoil on site, that those tools can be restored to “like new” condition performance with a minimum of effort saving untold amounts of money in replacing and caring for damaged tools. Any light equipment or tool used in an industrial, mining or drilling application (or any tool in any application) will benefit greatly from regular maintenance that includes Clenzoil application. Hand tools, power tools, tool rust protection, storage and cleaning for saw blades, bars and chains, etc., etc.

Manufacturing/Misc/Etc

In such applications where Clenzoil is or may be used as a “dip dressing”, when the “run-off” product is recycled through minimal filtration, Clenzoil may be used and reused for extended lengths of time. Since Clenzoil does not contain Silicone, Teflon, Molybdenum Disulfide or Lithium, it will not lose much of its anti-oxidation or lubricant properties through such a process; and furthermore, since it does not contain any of the aforementioned components, it also does not need to be applied to clean or pristine surfaces to be effective. In fact, the carrying capacity of Clenzoil is so great that it will remove much of the sludge, grime, crud and crude build-up that will accumulate on tools and equipment that are exposed to daily drilling and mining operations or the like. This is one of the key characteristics that separate Clenzoil from products containing the previously listed components – to be able to clean crude oil and grease from exposed surfaces and then use the same product to actually lubricate and protect those same surfaces is one of the main traits that make Clenzoil so sought out in the industrial/commercial markets.

Also, when Clenzoil is applied to a metal surface and then allowed to dry, it will still provide outstanding protection to those surfaces while remaining compliant with handling requirements. Clenzoil has also been used/incorporated into industrial styled “back-pack” commercial sprayers for varied and ease of use application processes, the results and ease of use have been nothing short of a remarkable success.

Clenzoil has also been used or is ideal for PTO lubrication for flange accessory hubs, come-a-long ratchet and cable lubrication and protection, garden and farming tools, garage door springs – track, chain, roller and bearing lubrication; hinge and lock lubrication, gate hinges, sliding glass doors, even as a surface cleaner for stainless steel appliances. It works well on lawnmowers, tractors (big and small), as an adhesive/ wood/ laminate glue release agent, surface cleaner and protectant for wood and wood-faced cabinets and surfaces as well as a cleaner and conditioner for leather furniture, holsters, etc.

 

 

Additionally, as Clenzoil products contain NO water or “aqueous-based” components, it is simply a far superior product to those that do as the absence of water or water-based components means that Clenzoil has a far greater operational temperature range and remains a generally more powerful cleaning agent.
